Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HR data accurately.
• Assist with orientation, compensation/benefits, and payroll processes.
• Support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Answer employee questions and escalate concerns to leadership.
