- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience.
- An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
- Working independently under general supervision, performs advanced human resources work and may lead projects.
Responsabilités
- Provides program administration, policy interpretation, and compliance analysis for the Independent Contractor Program.
- Maintains employee personnel files in accordance with laws and CSU policy.
- Collects and analyzes data, prepares reports, and supports strategic initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
