Job summary

Wimmer solutions is seeking a Senior HR Service Center Analyst with strong UKG Pro (Kronos) experience to support HR operations and leave administration for U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on the HR service and employee support side, not configuration.

You will manage escalated HR cases, maintain employee records, and collaborate with HR, benefits, payroll, and stakeholders to deliver timely resolutions, while contributing to process improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an HR Service Center, HR Operations, or related HR analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Kronos) in CORE HR, Payroll, or related modules.
• Strong HR processes, data management, and case resolution knowledge.
• Experience handling escalated employee issues and complex HR inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leave Administration Support for U.S. and Canada, coordinating with COE and vendors.
• Process and validate HR data changes in the HRIS with accuracy.
• Investigate pay, benefits, and data issues related to leaves of absence.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex employee cases in the HR Service Center.
• Support small- to medium-scale HR Service Center projects & process improvements.
• Maintain and update HR Service Center procedures and knowledge articles.
