Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align resources.
• Manage projects through full life cycle: gather requirements, plan, schedule, and execute.
• Use project management tools to manage programs and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation: action items, issues, risks and mitigations.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and secure resources to meet objectives.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge of program requirements and operations.
