Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an HR Program Manager III to lead leadership development and talent strategies across the enterprise. You will design, implement, and continuously improve programs that build capabilities and succession readiness, partnering with HR leaders and business stakeholders. The role requires onsite attendance for meetings and events in the St.

Louis area; candidates must be local or within driving distance of St. Louis to be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and align resources.
• Manage multiple projects through full lifecycle including plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Use corporate project management tools to manage projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including action items and risk plans.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders.
