You will partner with HR Operations, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to map needs, design improved workflows, and drive adoption across the organization, with a focus on colleague experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR process design, operations, or transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and service delivery models.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart and HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in agile environments or design thinking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and redesign of core HR processes for experience, efficiency and compliance.
• Translate business needs into HR operational requirements.
• Partner with HR Ops, HR Tech, and Business stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to map pain points and prototype new workflows.
• Define and maintain process documentation and service delivery models.
• Monitor adoption and drive standardization and optimization of HR processes and systems.
