Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR process design, operations or transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience with Visio, Miro, Lucidchart for process mapping.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Experience with agile environments or design thinking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and redesign of core HR processes focusing on experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Translate business needs into HR operational requirements.
• Partner with HR Operations, HR Technology, and business stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather insights and map new process flows.
• Define and maintain process documentation, SOPs and service delivery models.
• Monitor process adoption and drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.
