Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking an HR Policy Advisor (HRPA) – SME to support a federal client from our Washington, DC location. This full-time, expert-level role focuses on policy guidance, documentation, and leadership advisory across workforce policy issues.

The position requires active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and a strong track record of policy excellence, compliance, and government contracting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Recognized subject matter expert with exceptional expertise and leadership in the field.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR policy guidance, develop policy documentation, and advise leadership on workforce policy issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
