Qualifications

• Four years of community liaison, community organization or community relations experience with administrative/policy-making responsibilities.
• High school diploma plus eight years of relevant experience with administrative/policy-making responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of personnel actions and job postings within Bridges division.
• Coordinate with Budget, HR, and Division leaders to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Review Leave Requests, monitor staff headcount and respond to payroll/timekeeping inquiries.
• Lead performance evaluations and personnel processes for the Division of Bridges.
