Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to model our values and drive organizational design and development in support of the business strategy. The role partners with divisional and regional leadership to address root causes of HR issues, promote a culture of integrity, compassion, and collaboration, and ensure policy compliance across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Union labor relations.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years of HR or healthcare back office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as trainer or mentor to HR Generalists and entry-level HR Partners.
• Consults with business leaders on talent, leadership, business strategy, organization development, rewards, and culture.
• Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the group’s objectives.
• Acts as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the line leadership staff.
• Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., rewards, workforce planning, culture, organizational change).
• Manages escalations and dispute resolutions through company programs and policies.
• Provides guidance and coaching to Operations in pay practices and benefits delivery.
• Reports performance metrics for the HR team.
