IntePros is seeking a Human Resource Manager for our medical device/manufacturing client in Tempe, AZ. The role acts as an HR partner to management, guiding workforce strategies and employee relations.

You will oversee onboarding/offboarding, policies, performance management, compensation, training, and culture initiatives across the site. Strong leadership and communication are essential to drive engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certifications preferred.
• Experience in HR disciplines and HR business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to management.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and HR programs.
• Advise on policies, benefits, and compensation.
• Manage performance, development plans, and succession.
• Ensure staffing through partnership with Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
• Lead investigations and handle employee relations.
• Coordinate with Legal on employment law matters.
• Support training and employee engagement initiatives.
