Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of human resources or people operations experience
• Experience managing moderately complex employee relations and organizational challenges
• Hands-on HR operational work (HRIS, payroll support, benefits, leave administration, immigration coordination)
• Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices across HR disciplines
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers about HR programs, policies, and benefits
• Manage onboarding and offboarding end-to-end with a focus on experience
• Own day-to-day HR operations (HRIS, payroll support, benefits, leave administration, immigration case support)
• Manage moderately complex employee relations matters—investigations, terminations, risk assessment
• Partner with managers to support team effectiveness, performance, development, and engagement
• Support organizational design and change initiatives and workforce planning
• Roll out people programs (performance, engagement, onboarding, compensation)
• Interpret HR policies and employment law to guide decisions across populations
• Collaborate with HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll/Finance for effective execution
• Lead or support other people-program projects as needed
