Job summary

Stryker is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide first-line HR support to leaders, analyze and implement corporate HR policies, and partner with business teams to drive talent management and employee relations. You will help address root causes of HR issues with a structured, program-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of business-facing HR, HRBP, HR generalist, COE, HR Operations, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of reporting, data analysis, people analytics, workforce analytics, or HR analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support at the first level leader level and analyzes and implements corporate policies related to human resources.
• Consults with employees and first level leaders to address root causes of HR issues using a systematic approach.
• Coaches and participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., Q12, Performance Reviews, Bonus).
• Represents HR at level 1 disciplinary and grievance investigations where applicable.
• Partners with the business to recruit first level leader talent.
• Assists leaders in organizational development and culture-focused solutions.
