Qualifications
- Experience partnering with Data, Technology, Engineering, Product, AI/Analytics, Cybersecurity, or other highly technical organizations in complex, fast-moving environments.
- Strong understanding of Data/Technology/AI operating models and organizational implications of AI-driven transformation.
- Proven experience applying AI within HRBP workflows to enhance decision support, streamline processes, and improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Partner with CDIO and Data/Tech/AI leadership to translate business and AI strategy into a prioritized people agenda.
- Lead change to embed the operating model and governance across the enterprise.
- Architect organization design and effectiveness to reduce friction and improve delivery velocity.
- Own talent strategy, role architecture, and succession planning for critical capabilities.
