Job summary

Dallas Mechanical Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a trusted business partner and people leader. You will help shape our culture, develop talent, support employees, and drive HR strategies that contribute directly to business success.

Working closely with leaders across the organization, you will help create a positive employee experience while ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience managing employee relations and investigations.
• Ability to develop and administer compensation programs.
• Strong communication, relationships, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs: recruiting, onboarding, performance and talent management.
• Develop salary structures and total rewards programs.
• Advise leaders on policies, guidance, and workplace matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations with sound judgment.
• Ensure compliance with Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, NLRA.
• Partner with leadership to meet organizational needs.
