Job summary

Dallas Mechanical Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a trusted business partner and people leader. This on-site role supports employees, shapes culture, and drives HR strategies that contribute to business success.

Work closely with leaders across the organization to ensure an exceptional employee experience, operational excellence, and strong compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least five years of progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR programs including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and compensation.
• Develop talent strategies in partnership with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
• Advise leaders on workplace matters and HR best practices.
• Build relationships with leadership and employees through on-site presence.
