Qualifications

• California HR experience is required.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and personal information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Mediate and resolve high volume employee relations concerns and conduct thorough investigations.
• Manage, lead, and reinforce HR initiatives with marina operations teams.
• Partner with senior management to address all HR needs and compliance factors.
• Ensure legal compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Lead conflict resolution strategies to support teams and organizational success.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
