Suntex Marinas Investors, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for the local team and help drive the human capital strategy across marina locations.

The role reports to the Director of Human Resources and requires strong employee relations, compliance knowledge, and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse workforce. Travel is involved and a field-based leadership mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 4 to 6 years of HR experience.
• California HR experience is required.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Mediates and resolves high volume employee relations concerns and conducts thorough investigations.
• Leads HR initiatives such as recognition and training in partnership with marina operations team.
• Partners with the assigned Senior Regional VPs, Regional Directors and Managers, and General Managers to assess, anticipate, and address HR needs and compliance factors.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal, state, and local requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of team members.
