Job summary

Ridgeline seeks a Staff HR Operations & Technology Analyst to own and evolve the systems and service-delivery foundation for our People organization. You’ll work hands‑on in Workday while shaping how our systems, processes, and services should evolve as Ridgeline grows.

You must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship. You’ll partner with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and executives to drive scalable solutions and improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, HRIS, or related People Operations roles.
• Deep hands‑on Workday experience with configuration, testing, reporting, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including benefits and payroll touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and operating model for assigned Workday and HR Operations domains.
• Lead complex Workday configuration and optimization across processes, security, and reporting.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and leaders to translate needs into clear recommendations and drive implementation.
• Run HR service delivery with clear intake, triage, prioritization, escalation paths, and strong employee experience.
• Translate recurring service demand into better workflows, ownership, and automation where possible.
