Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking a Senior Human Resources Operations Consultant to act as a strategic advisor across HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, HR Technology, and related integrations.

Reporting to the Vice President, HR Operations & Total Rewards, you will partner with executive leadership to design and execute programs that improve organizational effectiveness, workforce experience, and financial outcomes while guiding enterprise-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience across HR, compensation, benefits, HR operations, analytics, consulting, or finance.
2+ years leading enterprise strategic initiatives and transformations.
Demonstrated experience influencing executive stakeholders.
Strong financial modeling and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise HR initiatives across multiple domains and units.
Provide strategic advisory on compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and HR tech.
Partner with executive leadership to improve organizational effectiveness and workforce experience.
Drive HR transformation, standardization, and cost optimization across programs.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integration efforts.
