Casepoint LLC, a leading provider of legal and compliance technology, seeks an HR Manager, People Operations in Washington, DC. The role is full-time with remote eligibility within the US and occasional in-person meetings near Tysons, VA.

You will own core HR operations across the US workforce, including onboarding, benefits, compliance, HRIS, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of HR operations experience, a Bachelor's in HR, and a proven ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with HR operations responsibility
• Strong experience with benefits, leave administration, HR compliance
• Hands-on HRIS experience and comfort with HR data and reporting
• Working knowledge of US federal and state employment requirements
• Organizational, project-management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Continuous-improvement mindset with AI/automation experience
• Ability to balance daily duties with longer-term improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage benefits and leave administration; liaise with brokers, carriers and vendors
• Oversee I-9 compliance, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and required training
• Manage HR inquiries and provide timely, consistent support to employees and managers
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation and compliance calendar
• Coordinate open enrollment, compliance activities and employee communications
• Establish operational controls and conduct audits for accurate HR records
• Partner with Senior HR Analyst on HRIS, data integrity and reporting
• Develop self-service HR resources for employees and managers
• Lead continuous improvement roadmap for People Operations using AI, automation, and technology
• Build scalable HR processes with measurable improvements in efficiency and employee experience
• Take on additional People Operations responsibilities as needs evolve
