Qualifications

• 12+ years HR experience including 7+ years in HR operations and admin compliance (I-9, etc)
• Knowledge of Workday HCM
• Experience with SOX governance and compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Operations professionals with training and direction
• Oversee global administrative HR tasks
• Provide project leadership for documenting and improving HR processes
• Build and manage compliance infrastructure across multi-state and international workforce
• Ensure adherence to SOX and local labor laws; maintain strong controls
• Develop and maintain employee policies and the employee handbook
• Oversee data governance and protection
• Support HR analytics and reporting for workforce planning
• Assist international expansion with local policies and processes
• Collaborate with Workday team for new functionality
• Use data to identify issues and drive proactive improvements
