Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and local legal requirements to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, including advanced Compensation, Benefits and Learning Management System.
• Proven experience launching and driving multiple programs implementations requiring change management and cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR Operations professionals, providing training, direction, support and enabling their success.
• Oversee global support for all administrative HR tasks.
• Provide project leadership in documenting, maintaining and improving processes and workflows across all HR systems and HR operations.
• Build and manage our compliance infrastructure, translating employment requirements into practical processes and controls across an increasingly complex, multi-state and international workforce.
• Ensure adherence to SOX, local labor laws, and internal policies.
