Acrisure in Grand Rapids, MI, is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to deliver compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, data management, and benefits coordination.

The role partners with HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure accurate, timely HR service delivery, supporting employees primarily in the United Kingdom with exposure to additional jurisdictions as required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR Ops or shared services with end-to-end processes (3–5 years).
• Strong analytical capability to support reporting and decision-making.
• Ability to manage complex, sensitive matters with compliance focus.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating across regional/global environments.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for high-risk HR Operations cases.
• Own end-to-end HR operational processes and data standards.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding and lifecycle scenarios (international hires, TUPE).
• Oversee HR data quality, audits, and reporting (MI).
• Provide guidance on Workday and ServiceNow usage.
• Lead HR reporting and analytics to support strategy.
