Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Associate, HR Service Center to join our Grand Rapids, MI team. The HR Associate contributes to a positive employee experience by assisting with onboarding and terminations, answering HR concerns, and collaborating with Acrisure Partners to provide best-in-class service.

This on-site role requires strong Microsoft Office, HRIS experience, collaboration, and confidentiality. You will support electronic onboarding, background checks, payroll data changes, data audits, and

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS technology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and deliver positive results.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires electronically and process terminations.
• Answer HR questions from employees and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage background checks and drug screens.
• Update employee records, benefits and payroll in HRIS.
• Assist with setup for Acrisure Partners and business units; respond to portal inquiries.
• Audit and validate employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
