Job summary

Gillig is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for an on-site role in Livermore, CA, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications. You will translate complex business requirements into functional technical solutions, focusing on ERP/enterprise applications and customer service.

Collaboration with a team to drive project completion is essential. You will support SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives, develop documentation, ensure data integrity, and coordinate testing and deployments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst position.
• Experience with a major ERP - SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Experience supporting system integrations across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into system specifications and designs.
• Develop comprehensive documentation including functional specs, configurations, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
• Maintain data integrity and security by implementing appropriate controls and ensuring compliance.
• Design and maintain integrations between ERP and HCM systems and other enterprise applications.
