Job summary

Cervecería La Tropical in Miami, FL is seeking an HR & Office Manager to lead the full HR function and oversee office operations onsite. You will own the employee lifecycle, compliance, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and workplace culture, while managing the merchandise shop and admin tasks.

This hands-on role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and the ability to balance people priorities with business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or leading an HR function.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes with leadership
• Own employee records, benefits and HR systems, ensuring compliance
