Nombase Education in Miami, FL is seeking a Head Brewer to lead all beer operations from grain to glass. You will uphold impeccable quality standards, train and educate brewery staff, mentor assistants, and maintain a safe, positive work environment that reflects our Aussie-inspired hospitality.

As a key leader you will motivate the team to meet brewing goals, champion our brand standards, engage with guests in the taproom, and collaborate with management on recipes, menu integration, and events

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of professional brewing experience.
• Head Brewer experience and proven recipe creation a plus.
• Deep understanding of brewing science, brewery technology, and supply chain options.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work in a physical brewery setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end brewing, cellaring, and packaging.
• Curate and innovate beer recipes balancing Australian influence with local trends.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all batches and manage supplier relationships.
• Train, mentor, and safely guide brewery staff; educate restaurant teams.
• Engage with the community, host tours, and represent the brand in the taproom.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain a safe brewhouse.
