Position Summary:
Bentley is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our Colleague Relations team. We are more than a traditional HR department - we are a results-driven and collaborative team leading change through executing best-practice policies, processes, procedures, and programs. As a Senior HR Manager, you will implement best practices, and drive efficiencies across HR processes. You will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and senior leaders throughout our entire organization and partner with the corporate centers of excellence such as Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Colleague Experience, Technology and Analytics, to drive global functions.
The responsibilities cross all functions within Colleague Relations, including but not limited to employment, compliance, compensation, global mobility, and terminations. Due to the variety and breadth of responsibilities, we are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can think critically, act strategically and apply knowledge to the topic at hand to resolve issues.
