CFS is seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive HR strategy and lead workforce initiatives across multiple Michigan locations. You will shape employee relations, safety, and compliance programs while partnering with executives to manage compensation and policy updates.

The role offers a defined succession path toward a Director of HR, with exposure to ownership and leadership teams in a stable, family-owned environment. A proactive, transparent culture supports long-term tenure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR initiatives across safety, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and policy administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Prior leadership or management experience within Human Resources preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead employee relations, corrective action processes, investigations, and policy administration.
• Drive safety, compliance, workers' compensation, and regulatory initiatives.
• Manage compensation programs, annual wage reviews, and HR policy updates.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategy.
• Oversee employment law compliance and support risk management efforts.
