Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, organizational development, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years progressive HR-related experience in business operations, talent, learning and development, or organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into practical people, talent, and organizational strategies that improve performance and support sustainable growth.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace concerns, and performance issues with stakeholders to ensure fair outcomes.
• Administer performance management and coach leaders to set clear expectations and improve team performance.
• Use workforce data and insights to identify risks and influence better decisions.
• Shape workforce plans, talent strategies, succession priorities, and development actions across the portfolio.
• Lead HR support for organizational change and sustain trust and effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary HR leader for the assigned office location and support a dispersed client portfolio.
