8Fleet is seeking a Regional HR Manager to partner with site and regional leaders, supporting a large non-exempt workforce across multiple locations. You will drive People practices, onboarding, data accuracy, and payroll alignment while scaling HR infrastructure as markets expand.

This role emphasizes employee relations, compliance with wage-and-hour laws, and analytic reporting to drive improvements in retention and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Manager in a fast-paced startup.
• Experience supporting multi-location environments and frontline managers.
• Ability to build process and maintain data accuracy at scale.
• Strong documentation habits and employee relations experience.
