Qualifications

• Five years of progressively more responsible professional-level directly related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a busy office.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and analyze various data sets.
• Working knowledge and experience with various laws and regulations, such as FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Directly serves as a senior HR generalist and supervises HR Generalists and Payroll Coordinator.
• Provides supervisory oversight for HR, Payroll, and Benefits functions and programs.
• Delivers training and coordinates special initiatives.
• Completes projects as assigned.
• Focuses on customer service, quality of work and responsiveness.
