Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join its leadership team in the Greater Holland, MI area. This onsite, full-time role offers 80k–90k with quarterly bonus and monthly profit sharing and a clear path to an HR Director position.

You will partner with executives on compensation strategy, employee relations, compliance, safety, and org development for a workforce over 1,500 across multiple locations, with a strong culture and focus on scalable people programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with employee relations, compliance and leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience supporting compensation, safety, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships and partner with leaders across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, corrective actions, unemployment claims, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Manage workplace safety programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, workers’ compensation activities, and risk management efforts.
• Partner with senior leadership on compensation strategies, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook programs to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Support leadership development, employee engagement, training initiatives, and succession planning efforts across the organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR best practices, employment law, and workplace matters.
