Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas in the United States (Georgia) is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to develop, coordinate, and administer HR processes, policies and procedures supporting strategic business objectives. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll approvals, benefits administration, safety coordination, and reporting for internal and ISO audits.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of leadership experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, Management
• SPHR or PHR and/or SHRM-CP Certificate preferred
• Ability to handle personal and confidential information
• Proficient written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to coach and develop Associates and interact with diverse personalities

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and administer HR processes, policies, and procedures
• Manage recruitment, selection, and new hire orientation
• Advise Management on Associate-related issues and provide counsel
• Approve bi-weekly payroll using HRIS and ADP timekeeping
• Administer Benefit Programs and Open Enrollment meetings
• Coordinate Associate relations events to boost morale
• Coordinate Workers’ Compensation and OSHA safety needs with EHS
• Prepare internal and external reports and participate in ISO audits
• Prepare communications to keep Associates informed
• Participate in training to stay current with employment legislation
• Supervise HR department personnel
• Travel to other HEXPOL locations may be required
• Perform other projects/tasks as assigned by Management
