Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas seeks an experienced HR leader to drive all human resources processes and programs in support of its manufacturing operations. You will manage recruitment, new hire orientation, payroll approvals, benefits administration, and employee relations to ensure regulatory compliance and business alignment.

The role requires counseling, policy implementation, and performance improvement, with travel to other HEXPOL locations as needed. Strong HRIS/ADP experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s or higher in HR/Business Admin; professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection process and new hire orientation.
• Respond to Associate inquiries and advise/mentor management.
• Counsel Associates on policies, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Approve bi-weekly payroll using HRIS and ADP timekeeping systems.
• Administer Benefit Programs including Open Enrollment.
• Coordinate HR events to boost morale and relationships.
• Support Safety needs with EH&S Manager or designee.
• Prepare internal/external reports and assist ISO audits.
• Communicate relevant information to Associates.
• Participate in training to stay current with employment law.
