Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding Americas (HCA) seeks an experienced HR leader to guide recruitment, payroll, benefits and employee relations across multiple locations. You will implement HR policies, advise management, and drive continuous improvement in HR programs within a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, 7+ years of leadership experience, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel to other HEXPOL sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, Management; experience may be considered.
• SPHR or PHR and/or SHRM-CP certificate preferred.
• Seven years of leadership experience in HR, ideally in manufacturing.
• Ability to handle personal and confidential information.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and administer HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Manage recruitment, selection and new hire orientation for all Associates.
• Counsel Associates on job-related issues, policies, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee payroll approval using HRIS and ADP timekeeping systems.
• Administer Benefits and Open Enrollment; manage relations events.
• Coordinate health and safety tasks with EH&S; support OSHA needs.
• Prepare internal/external reports and ISO audit materials.
• Communicate relevant information to Associates; train staff.
• Supervise HR department personnel and coordinate across locations.
• Travel to other HEXPOL locations as required.
