Gehl’s is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR leader for our 24/7 manufacturing facility in Lathrop, California. This hands-on role partners with plant leadership and Corporate HR to drive employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 3+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in California labor and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site HR Generalist team and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with California wage and hour laws and related regulations.
• Drive talent acquisition for hourly and salaried plant positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, training, and processes.
• Partner with legal counsel on investigations and claims.
• Support 24/7 plant operations including nights/weekends as needed.
