Job summary

Alameda Electrical Distributors & California Service Tool is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager based in Hayward, CA. You will own the HR operations, partner with leadership on HR strategy, and serve as the primary advisor to managers on complex HR matters.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR management experience, with strong knowledge of California employment laws. Hybrid schedule with some travel across CA/NV is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR management experience, including supervising HR staff.

Responsibilities

• Own the full execution of HR operations including compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and HR systems.
• Partner with VP of Operations to execute HR and talent strategy including recruiting, retention, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Serve as the primary advisor to managers on HR-related matters and provide guidance on complex issues.
