The Condado Collection in Puerto Rico seeks a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee daily HR operations across luxury properties, manage systems, benefits, compliance, and workflows, and lead the HR team to deliver efficient, accurate processes.

You will drive payroll alignment with department managers, administer benefits programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, and spearhead automation initiatives to streamline workflows while maintaining confidentiality and a people-first

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years HR experience with 3+ years supervising operations or teams.
• Experience with iCIMS and ADP systems required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure professional service delivery.
• Supervise HR team members and provide task guidance.
• Manage HR systems, records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure timely payroll processing and benefits.
• Administer benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, retirement and wellness).
• Coordinate leave programs (FMLA, maternity/paternity, SINOT, WC, short-term disability).
• Audit compliance (COBRA, Health Plan, Retirement, ACAA, SINOT).
• Monitor turnover, absenteeism, cost per hire, and benefits usage; report findings.
