Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function for a growing, field-based organization. This hands-on role will oversee Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Benefits, Leave Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting and Onboarding, while partnering with leadership to support employees and drive HR processes.

• Ability to independently manage multiple HR areas.
• Experience with HRIS / talent management systems.
