Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader for a high-impact project in Monroe, LA. The role oversees full HR lifecycle, partners with project leadership, and drives workforce strategy on a dynamic construction program.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of HR experience (including 3 years in supervision), and is proficient in labor relations and HR systems. Travel is required; precarious schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 7+ years of progressive HR experience and 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• PHR®/SHRM-CP® or similar certification preferred.
• Construction or large-scale organizations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full employment life cycle including recruiting, employee relations, talent management, training and benefits.
• Advise leadership on labor relations strategy and workforce risk; partner with legal counsel as needed.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies with BU leaders and Headquarters Talent Management.
• Lead and develop HR Generalists/Administrators across locations and support performance cycles.
