Position: Senior HR Manager (Urgent Hire)

We are urgently looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead our HR and admin functions. This is a key role where you will support the leadership, improve team performance, and help build a strong and positive work culture. You will take care of everything from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring
• Work closely with leadership on team planning and organization structure
• Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions
• Plan and run team meetings, and engagement programs
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with laws
• Track attendance and leave records
• Maintain employee files, documents, and create HR SOPs
• Handle employee issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters
• Manage onboarding and offboarding smoothly
• Coordinate employee training and skill development
• Manage LinkedIn and social media for HR and hiring updates
• Support admin and back-office operations
• Help leadership with reports, HR data, and decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• 4 to 7 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
• Good communication and people skills
• Strong understanding of HR tools, payroll, and compliance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup
