Job summary

Riviera Dining Group is seeking a Manager, Human Resources – Venue Operations to oversee employee relations and HR practices across multiple venues. The role entails field-based work with rotations among dining venues and occasional corporate office support.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in employee relations and HR management within luxury hospitality, deep knowledge of US/FL labor law, and a proven ability to coach leaders, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Employee Relations and HR management within high-volume luxury hospitality
• Experience managing HR across multiple venues or properties
• Strong knowledge of US and FL labor laws and compliance
• Ability to travel between venues to support HR needs
• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business, or related field

Responsibilities

• Advise executives and management on strategic HR issues across venues
• Support onboarding, orientation, and policy implementation at property or corporate level
• Investigate workplace concerns promptly, impartially, and with discretion
• Lead employee relations investigations and resolve conflicts with fair, compliant resolutions
• Provide confidential HR guidance, coaching, and documentation across teams
• Support Talent Acquisition for new venue openings and ongoing recruitment
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and leave management
