Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Director of Talent Attraction and Employer Branding to lead the national strategy and employer narrative across venues and corporate functions. This remote leadership role is based in the United States with travel to Pinnacle Live venues.

The role reports to CHRO, partners with venue directors, and builds a scalable function for recruitment, branding, and candidate experience with a strong focus on metrics and budget stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or HR leadership.
• 5+ years of people leadership across multiple locations or business units.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead national talent attraction strategy across venues and corporate roles.
• Own employer branding across careers site, social channels, and candidate touchpoints.
• Manage recruiting technology stack, ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and programmatic ads.
