Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Sunnyvale, California, is seeking a Human Resources Manager 3 to join the HR team and collaborate with site functional leaders. The role requires deep HR expertise, strategic leadership, and the ability to drive organizational effectiveness.

The selected candidate will lead talent management, succession planning, compensation, and employee relations while leveraging data analytics to inform workforce decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline with 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Master’s degree in HR or related discipline with 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong business relationships with assigned client leadership teams and partners across HR and centers of excellence (COEs).
• Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization and develop solutions in partnership with HR business partners, leaders, and COEs.
• Use data and analytics to develop solutions for current business issues.
• Provide business insight through data analysis, research and benchmarking.
• Recommend and implement best HR practices in talent acquisition, assessment, development, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze and concisely present information to leaders to enable good business decisions.
• Partner with HR to execute talent strategies with Corporate and Sector levels.
• Lead day-to-day people leadership and model company values.
