Job summary

Muckleshoot Bingo is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead human resources strategy and operations for our Auburn, WA location. This role oversees employee relations, total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance within tribal and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will guide the transformation of HR practices, drive workforce effectiveness, and partner with leadership to ensure confidential handling of personnel data while fostering a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, public or business administration, employment law, psychology or a closely related field.
• 7 years of mid-management and supervisory experience over a major function or program.
• THRP/PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred; Drug-screening and HIPAA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership in developing and executing short- and long-range human capital plans.
• Serves on the leadership team, contributing to strategy, culture, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Oversees HR and Administrative operations and staff; directs hiring, coaching, performance management, and development.
