Job summary

Muckleshoot Bingo is seeking an accomplished leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations, align property plans with enterprise strategy, and drive revenue and guest experience. You will manage budgets, reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives with the CEO/COO governance framework.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in senior gaming management, strong P&L skills, and a proven ability to lead teams through change while protecting the Bingo brand and guest relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Senior-level gaming leadership experience with P&L accountability is expected.
• Strong change-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive property leadership for MIB and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Translate enterprise strategy into property‑level plans, goals, and standards.
• Own property performance metrics including revenue, EBITDA, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and cost-management with enterprise functions.
• Drive marketing collaboration to protect Bingo brand and guest base.
