Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC in New Jersey seeks a Senior HR Leader to collaborate with management on strategic HR initiatives, provide leadership on workforce planning, and drive organizational change. You will partner with senior managers to build capability and align HR plans with business goals.

The role covers South Brunswick and nearby locations, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and labor relations to support a high-performance, diverse leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources or related field or relevant experience required.
• Postgraduate degree in related field or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience managing multiple client groups and prioritizing strategic projects in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
• 8+ years' experience in employee relations.
• 5+ years' experience in labor relations.
• PHR / SPHR Certification preferred.
• Must be willing to travel throughout Liberty territory (NY, NJ, PA) as required.

Responsabilités

• Establish HR leadership relationships across management to implement strategic HR plans and change management.
• Develop strategies to maximize performance and ensure the right talent is in place.
• Analyze people metrics and trends to guide leadership decisions on employment matters.
• Lead performance management programs, calibration, and succession planning.
• Investigate complex employee relations issues with thorough, objective processes.
• Coordinate Labor Relations planning, including collective bargaining preparation and strike contingency.
