Job summary

Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a Sr. HR Manager to partner with executives in South Brunswick and Lodi, NJ, guiding strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals and culture.

You will lead talent development, employee relations, and labor relations efforts, driving organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to build a high-performing, diverse leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is required.
• MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience managing multiple client groups in a fast-paced environment.
• 8+ years' experience in employee relations.
• 5+ years' experience in labor relations.
• Strong communication across all levels of the organization.
• Influencing, negotiating and conflict-resolution skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Willingness to travel within Liberty territory (NY, NJ, PA).

Responsibilities

• Establish solid relationships with management to implement strategic HR plans and change initiatives.
• Develop strategies to maximize performance and ensure the right talent is in place.
• Analyze people metrics and trends to guide leadership decisions.
• Lead performance management, calibration, and succession planning efforts.
• Investigate complex employee relations issues and ensure objective resolutions.
• Coordinate labor relations activities including CBAs and labor initiatives.
• Plan and support organization design projects to improve speed and efficiency.
